HOW DO I REQUEST A REFUND OR EXCHANGE FOR A FAULTY ITEM?
In the event you wish to return a faulty product for refund or exchange, you will need to request a return authorisation from CALUNAloves. To request authorisation to return a product, please follow the instructions below:
Log into your account via the My Accountscreen (you will need to enter your registered email address and password in the top section, labelled Returning Customers
At the bottom of the page, you will see a section called My Last Requests
Click on Add Request and send us the relevant information for what you need/want etc
Once actioned by us, you will receive notification via email that we have replied to your request and what you will need to do from there
While our response to your request can be found at the bottom of the email, should you wish to update the request with any additional information or if we have asked for a reply, you will then be able to follow the link in the email to take you back to "Your Account" (see step 1) and you can update your requested information there
CALUNAloves will not accept exchanges or faulty products that are not addressed correctly, with a relevant Authorisation Number listed on them.
Important: SWIMWEAR items will NOT be exchanged or refunded unless they are returned in perfect resalable condition and this includes the tags being still attached and undamaged. This is for obvious hygiene reasons.

WHEN CAN YOU CANCEL AN ORDER?
Orders may not be cancelled or adjusted once payment has been received by CALUNAloves.
We will endeavour to adhere to any shipping instructions given by the customer where practical, however, under certain circumstances it may be necessary to deviate from these. In these circumstances, CALUNAloves will not accept charge back or freight costs.
