SHIPPING - Retail
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Pricing is calculated by the total weight of the items being purchased and the location they will be delivered to. You will have a choice of delivery options, including (but not limited to) normal parcel post, registered parcel post, courier, express post options. All costs associated with these options will display at checkout. By selecting on of these options, you are confirming that you have read and understood the information supplied to you during checkout. CALUNAloves can not be held responsible should you not read or understand the shipping costs. If you have any queries, please contact us prior to placing your order.
SHIPPING - Wholesale
At checkout, please selected the shipping option WHOLESALE - shipping costs will be emailed to you shortly. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email detailing what the shipping costs are and will then receive a follow up email of your invoice with the new totals on it. Please ensure your order/invoice number is on remittance information when making payment.
OWNERSHIP OF GOODS
Ownership of goods will be passed to the customer upon receipt of delivery. Customers have 7 days to contact CALUNAloves for authorisation to return any concealed damages to stock (see refund policy).
