Q: WHAT ARE THE INGREDIENTS OF THE ICING AND THE EDIBLE INK?
Food Grade Edible Ink: Water, Glycerin, Ethanol. Colours: E102, E122, E124, E127, E133
Icing Sheets: Tapioca Starch, Corn Syrup Solids, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Sugar, Water, Glycerine, Canola Oil, Polyglycerol Esters, Titanium Dioxide, Algin, Potassium Sorbate, Citric Acid, Sodium Bicarbonate. May contain: Soy Lecithin
Please note: Decorative Icing Pictures are not recommended for children or adults that have sensitivity to food colouring. Please note this product is Gluten Free & is Kosher.
Q: HOW DO I GET THE PHOTO I WANT ON MY ICING TO YOU?
A: Please email your image to icingimages@calunaloves.com.au.
Please send images in any of these formats only: JPEG (preferred) TIF, GIF, PDF.
Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE COMPLETED?
A: Your order will be despatched in 2 business days after payment (and your image if required) has been received.
Q: WHAT IS EXPRESS SERVICE?
A: Express Service (when purchased) will bring your order to the front of the queue and your order will be despatched the next business day after payment (and your image if required) is received. Please note that we are located in metro Melbourne, please check the Australia Post website for details on the Express and Regular delivery times.
Q: HOW IS THE ICING SHEET PACKAGED TO AVOID IT BEING DAMAGED IN TRANSIT?
A: We send the icing sheets in special rigid cardboard envelopes that are used for shipping artwork. They are ideal for the icing and we have never had icing damaged in transit.
Q: WHAT IMAGES CAN BE PUT INTO ICING?
A: Any image can be put onto icing. (Please note we will not reproduce X rated images or copyright images.) If you are unsure, please contact us.
Q: WHAT RESOLUTION SHOULD I EMAIL MY IMAGE IN?
A: Please try to email your image you want put onto icing in 300dpi. This resolution is sufficient for icing. Remember that most images are enlarged to fit the icing sizes, if we receive an image that is too small to be reproduced onto your icing, we will contact you.
Q: HOW DO I PUT THE EDIBLE IMAGE ONTO MY CAKE?
A: You will be supplied with full instructions with your order. The icing is relatively easy to use, you roll the image, face up, over the edge of a table or bench to remove it from the backing sheet. then carefully lift it onto your cake.
Q: THE IMAGE I WANT TO PUT ONTO A CAKE IS NOT ON THE WEBSITE. CAN YOU SUPPLY OTHER IMAGES?
A: We can supply other images. Please contact us for a quote as the pricing varies. Charges are from $10.
Q: I WANT AN IMAGE BIGGER THAN THE ICING SIZES SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE. CAN YOU MAKE LARGER ICING IMAGES?
A: At this stage the 3 sizes of Cupcake, Round and Rectangle, are all that is available. If you require a larger image, please contact us as we may have some suggestions that could help out.
Q: IS THE ICING HARD/RIGID?
A: No. The icing is flexible. This means that you can easily put candles into the cake along with other cake decorations.
Q: HOW LONG DO THE ICING IMAGES LAST FOR?
A: The icing images will last for 12 months when stored correctly. In the ziplock bags and rigid envelope they come in, flat, and in a cool dry place. Do not store your icing pictures in the fridge or freezer.
Q: ARE DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE FOR BULK ORDERS?
A: Yes. We do offer discounts for orders of 25 or more sheets. Please contact us for a quote.
Q: I AM A CAKE DECORATOR/BAKER/CAKE SHOP. DO YOU SUPPLY THE EDIBLE IMAGES AT WHOLESALE PRICES?
