Our product sizing is very acurate and we rarely have customers needing to exchange. If however you find that you need to, please contact us. Items that you wish to return for exchange must be in perfect resalable condition and with the tags still on.
Our return policy does not apply if the product(s) have been used, soiled or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.
Note: Exceptions to returnable products: Products sold on Clearance/Sale are not returnable unless faulty. Clearance sales are considered final.

Please email us at sales@calunaloves.com.au if you received your order and it was damaged. Please include a photo of the damage on your email. We are happy to report that we have a 0% damage in transit record.
